Mar Baselios Vidyashree Puraskaram for year 2008, donated by Kuwait Malankara Rite Movement (affiliated to MCA) has been distributed at a MCA central meeting with Ecumenical Day Celebrations held at Ranni on 18, 19, 20 September, 2008. The puraskaram is awarded to students of 10th standard (S.S.L.C.), who scored the highest marks in 1997-'98 S.S.L.C. Board examination from each diocese. The puraskaram has been distributed by Archbishop Thomas Mar Koorilos, Thiruvalla Archdiocese.
