Archbishop Benedict Varghese
Gregorios Thangalathil, OIC, (1 February, 1916 – 10 October,
1994), was ordained as priest on 24 August, 1944 and appointed
Auxiliary Bishop of Trivandrum on 25 October 1952, and also
appointed as Titular Bishop of Antarados.
He dedicated his service as a bishop in
Syro-Malankara Catholic Church for 42-years.
